Before and after a PRP treatment I have always produced an extra cream without vitamin E or any tocopherol-containing oils - that is very complicated. I use base oils like neutral or jojoba oil, and things like aloe vera, ectoin, phospholipon 80h, ceramide, hyaluron, ferula acid, vitamin c, squalan, glycerin etc. Is it OK to use oils that naturally contain tocopherol, such as avocado or argan oil, or does that already affect the platelets? The skin seems too dry when only base oils are used.
