I am looking for a way to reduce the heavyness of the lower face and to define the cheekbones and the jaw line, without looking necessarily more masculine. I want to achieve a lean, v-shaped look. In my opinion, a reduction of the Buccal fat pads (including the buccal fat located under the masseter muscle) , the perioral mounds, the fat pads along the entire jaw line (jowls) and the lateral cheek fat is needed. I already use Botox to reduce the asymmetry of my Masseter muscles.

Since Aqualyx is not approved for use by the FDA, I not really familiar with it. The injection pattern used for Kybella injected is base on good clinical research showing its effectiveness.
