Should I consider implants with a crossbite?

I would consider going back through orthodontics. If this is not a possibility, I would say that you need to find a very experienced surgeon and restorative dentist to perform the procedure.  The bite will need to be managed very carefully.  

Implant is to get your tooth back. When the dentist or oral surgeon places the implant, they just have to make sure that you have enough jaw bone to accommodate the implant body in a non-crossbite position. Communicate with your provider so they know what you want before the implant surgery.

Cross bites are not a true contraindication for dental implants, however, you cannot rely on the implant placement to correct a cross bite.  A CT scan should be used to digitally plan your case as well as a wax up to determine if you are actually an implant candidate.  Second molars can sometimes be a challenge for implant placement on patients with normal bites.  Without more specific information, I would recommend getting a consult with an implant specialist (prosthodontist, periodontist, or oral surgeon) to determine if implants are the best option.

Its hard for me to give you advice since there is no way of knowing the severity of the cross bite.
Get couple of opinions and go from there.
