Hello! I am contemplating whether or not to get rhinoplasty in the future, and there's a thing I've been wondering about for a while now. See, I like skateboarding, but with skateboarding there comes a risk of injury. So basically my question is, if I for example fall on my face after rhinoplasty (fullly healed ofcourse), what will happen?

Unless your surgeon performed an osteotomy intentionally widening the bones, you are probablu experiencing some swelling of the upper vault. This should improve with time. See your doctor for an exam to be certain.
Often right after a rhinoplasty procedure, the tip can look a bit elevated. Often when the splint is removed and the swelling subsides, the tip drops a bit.
