What happens if I injure my nose after rhinoplasty? For example falling on my face or walking into a wall.

If you invest your time and money into a rhinoplasty, it must be importand to you. If you take time off your skateboard to recover (possibly a month), then your nose will be strong. Getting hit in the nose a month after a rhinoplasty will take a pretty substantial force to move anything.
