What happens if I injure my nose after rhinoplasty? For example falling on my face or walking into a wall.

Hello! I am contemplating whether or not to get rhinoplasty in the future, and there's a thing I've been wondering about for a while now. See, I like skateboarding, but with skateboarding there comes a risk of injury. So basically my question is, if I for example fall on my face after rhinoplasty (fullly healed ofcourse), what will happen?

Correction of your hanging columella can be done but u may want the hump slightly shave as well and the tip slightly advanced. I need to see more photos.

Inverted V deformity? Yes! I would go back to your surgeon IF you have confidence in him. If not see a very experienced revision rhinoplasty surgeon with good before after photos of his work--not imaging or diagrams.
