Between my back dimples I have a swelling/bump its painless but I do occasionally suffer with low back pain and sciatica. It seems to have got slightly bigger over the years. Also it might be worth mentioning that I have a tattoo there that I have been having laser sessions on. Please note although it swells more after laser sessions it does not go away even after very long breaks in between treatments.
