I had my roux en y in 2008 I lost 165lbs and kept it off until last year. I have regained 25lbs and suffer with malnutrition and anemia. I know my weight gain is from lack of exercise and poor food choices but the lack of energy to get more exercise is from the malnutrition and anemia. How can I fix this? I take all the vitamins and iron supplements and still nothing. I am suffering from High Dumping issues (intense drowsiness, feel drugged, sweating) now with every meal (healthy or not).
