Question

These are genetic, I am young, but I was told in a consultation not to get HA filler in this area as it may further complicate it. I am very interested in PRF, and I wonder if it can be used in this area, or even my cheeks to lessen the appearance. Could a thread lift at my cheeks or eyes/brows possibly help? What are my best options? Thank you

A small cheek bones are mostly reason for your problem. Any type of cheek augmentation with implants or fat grafts, possibly in combination with transconjuctival lower blepharoplasty would create nice improvement. Try to find a board certified plastic  surgeon with experience in this surgery and discuss your situation. Good luck.

Hello; For Festoons; if you are not considering for surgery; the best option is; dermal filler which is applied on bone tissue. In order to lift up your cheeks and eyebrows; "temporal lift" is a very good option. However, if you do not demand for surgery; after the procedure with non-absorbable suspensions, such as infinite thread; the permanence is about 3 years. In procedures with absorbable suspensions such as PDO; this period continues around 8-10 months.
