Why are certain surgical incisions a neat straight line and some appear to look like a 2 year old drawing (zig zag)? Especially seen in brachioplasties and tummy tucks. Does the client skin or the surgeon's technique contribute to the aesthetic of the incision? Maybe the approximation (healing)? Just want to say I sincerely appreciate the expert opinions and for the time invested to address questions :)
