Who should I consult for ill-fitted implant plus overbite now?

I had an implant in Sept 2022 and the crown is too wide in my opinion. It affects my speech and I have developed an overbite since the implant was done. I've moved to another city but want to address this. Who should I consult? Implant Specialist? Cosmetic dentist? Thank you!
