Often when i look at pictures of beard transplant the edges look to sharp and perfect at the upper border of the cheeks compared to natural beards. This is especially noticeable with stubble or short beards. Is it possible to ask the surgeon to make the implants of follicles more irregular or the transition more sparse?

Hello, thank you for sharing your circumstances. in my professional opinion your photos suggest that you may have had a less than ideal past surgery. Usually, elevated follicles or cobblestoning as you stated should not be seen following a beard transplant surgery that is done correctly....
