Hi Ashley, we do not use Laser Genesis but we do know the equipment and have no reason to believe that it would be capable of causing that reaction with your skin.  On the contrary, when done well, it should help remove pigmentation and stimulate collagen.To see examples of before and after ...

I find that laser genesis alone does very little but is best combined with clear and brilliant or microneedling to get more improvement if this is the type of treatment you want done.  Best, Dr. Emer.
