Slight TMJ and I dislike my side profile - What are my options? (photos)

21 male, 145 pounds, in college not sure what to do or what is worth doing. I have slight tmj, but it only hurts from time to time when I take a first bite. Sometimes will have pain in my lower jaw from time to time. Would probably have to pay on my own.
