Abdominal charlie horse with Emsculpt?

Hello, I am 125 lbs. 5 years post 2 c sections. I recently had an emsculpt consultation and the provider wanted me to test therapy just so I could feel it before treatment. I had an intense charlie horse cramp in the same place in my right abdomen both times she trie the treatment. She stated the machine was only at 18%. Treatment had to stop so I could massage the cramp. What could be the reason this happened.

You can use it as early as 4 weeks, but I prefer 6 weeks so that the radiofrequency component is not wasting effort or swelling, but just residual fat.

I would first use liposuction to remove the excess fat. Then you can use the EMScuplt for muscle tightening and more fat reduction. You may need two complete sessions, 8, for best results.
