I saw recently a spa that offers a procedure call Cryoskin which is supposed to reduce fat and tone. Is this a real procedure?

Is this a real procedure or a joke like vanquish? I had vanquished done and it did absolutely NOTHING....this one sounds similar to cool sculpting..does it really work
