Upper four teeth bonded for receding gums. Now gums are bruised and tender -- is this normal? (Photo)

I got the front 4 teeth bonded to help with sensitivity from receding gum line yesterday . I noticed that my gums are really sore, red, swollen and now are discolored, almost like bruised . I am worried

Hi:This can be normal due to the recent work.  Rinse your mouth with warm salt water.  It soreness and inflammation should be gone in 7 days.Best,Dr. Maddahi
