I got the front 4 teeth bonded to help with sensitivity from receding gum line yesterday . I noticed that my gums are really sore, red, swollen and now are discolored, almost like bruised . I am worried

Hi:Normally bonding can be added to adjusted or removed without much damage to the tooth as long as the natural tooth was not touch prior to placement of the bonding.Best,Dr. Maddahi

You should visit your dentist immediately, have him take an x-ray and evaluate the tooth.  With a history of the two traumas and the current symptoms, you're probably going to require root canal treatment and a crown on the tooth.
