My rubber bands on my braces don't feel like they are working.

I had my braces out on about a year and a half ago and now that my teeth are done moving, we are only working on my jaw. When i wear my rubber bands, it feels like they are all stretched out within a few minuets. It doesn't even feel like its pulling my jaw. Is this normal?

You upper lateral incisors, in a normal position, should be one half millimeter shorter than your central incisors.  From your photos, it looks like they are in the correct position now.  Don't be sad.  This is normal.
