Nevi very often heal this way.  Be patient and you will have a very good result.  If the area becomes red or sore, please contact your own physician.

It is very hard to see the lesion from the photo you have sent.  If they are red and regular, they most probably are vascular in nature, however, you will not be completely sure until you have seen your own doctor.
