I had a mastopexy 15 months ago and I am very happy with the size and shape of my breasts. However, I still have some skin in poor condition on both breasts just above the nipples. I am looking for a suitable procedure for the area to smooth it out. Can anyone direct me to the appropriate and necessary number of procedures. I don't want to get implants just because of this problem.
