Want to know what FUE hair transplants results and recovery will be and look like post-operation down the line. When should a person expect to look and feel completely back to normal (but with more hair, obviously!)?

Usually patients feel completely normal within 1-2 days.  They look normal after 1-2 weeks depending on their haircut and hair style and how long they wear their hair.  You should start seeing hair growth within the first 6 months and the results will continue to improve out to 1 year.

You can return to work the next day after a hair transplant surgery.  However, most people take a few days off. FUE method requires a shaving the back of your head so that may be an issue.  Transplanted hairs actually shed and fall out after a few weeks and you start to see results in 6 to 12 months.

Pain is generally not an issue after 2 to 3 days of procedure but there may be numbness which goes away with time. Usually, there is a shedding phase which may extend up to 3 to 4 months. One starts seeing visible difference in appearance from 5 to 6 months onwards. These transplanted hairs continue to grow and the result continues to improve till 12 months.

After a month following FUE, you should see nothing, no value of the hair transplant which shoudl not show up until 6-7 months after the procedure. You should be completely normal at 2 weeks and have full activities. You should look like you did before the hair transplant at 2 weeks.
