What is the smallest Motiva Ergo Implant I can choose for a 12.2cm breast pocket in Mia Femtech or Preserve Motiva?

I'm 178cm (5'10.5) and 69kg, athletic built, lean with very little (AA) native breast tissue after BF 2 kids, no sagging. I might be a good candidate for Preserve or Mia by Motiva, because I want the smallest possible enhancement to not alter my sporty appearance. With the research I have done on Motiva Ergo sizing - once the diameter gets close to 12cm, the volume goes up to at least 275cc, seems that Ergo II (Joy) is even more narrow per cc than Ergo I. If I get diameter 11cm, mini 220cc - will that look silly on my chest and broad shoulders? Like two small ballons in the middle of my chest, no lateral fullness? Is Mia and Preserve designed for more petite girls? Please help, I'm so confused because surgeons in Canada all just do basically dual plane and emphasize the importance of correctly fitting diameter for your breast.

Can implants correct a grade 2 nipple inversion on one side?

It is unlikely that an augmentation alone will correct a Grade 2 nipple inversion (can be manually extracted, but immediately retracts). Typically, this will require stretching/releasing tethering tissue. As always, discuss your concerns with a board certified plastic surgeon (ABPS).
