Would skintyte be an option for skin tightening after cheek fat transfer?

Had fat transfer to the cheek area over a year ago. Would the heat from skintyte negatively affect that result or potentially cause atrophy?

The deep heat of the laser is supposed to cause collagen contraction and stimulate new collagen growth.  But there is always a chance that it may also cause some fat atrophy.  The newly transferred fat may be more susceptible to this.  I would recommend doing any of these laser treatments before the fat transfer.

Skin tightening devices produce heat deep to the skin which can affect fat regardless of how it got there.  Fat shrinkage is a possibility.  Read the fine print of the consent for the procedure.  Give some consideration to a traditional lift as well.
