Skin graft to remove self-harm scars that carry a lot of pain and shame, would that be a good solution? (Photo)

Lemak1998
I would like to skin graft two scars that are self harm scars that when I look at them carry a lot of pain and shame. One on my buttock, one on my arm. I have attached a photo. I am not interested to do any sort of non invasive treatment to reduce the appearance, I want to do skin grafting because I want them removed completely. Opinions on this and any London, UK doctors that do skin grafting? Thank you
