Should I apply Collomack to a growth spot on my face? Dark spot and itchy on face (Photo)

I went to a medicial shop and they recommended Collomack to apply on a growth spot on my face. i applied two times and now there is a black spot on my face. it contains active ingredient: salicylic acid 0.1gram, other ingredient acetic acid 99%, docusate sodium,castor oil, pyroxylin, ethanol 96%, acetone,isobutyl acetate
