I've tried Botox to make my eyelids more symmetrical but they are still uneven, what else can I try? (Photo)

Thanks for your photo... you have an interesting cased.  I dont this botox is the best option for you...  If you look closely at your upper lid and the segement between the brow hair and the lid crease, you will notice less volume on the right side... In addition, the lid platform on the right is longer and the left... These are findings of volume depletion of the orbital/Brow fat pads.  This can occur for several reasons.  In order to symmetrize your lids I would add a filler (restylane) to your right upper lid in the superior sulcus.  This is a difficult injection if you are not familiar with the anatomy of this area.  Proceed with caution and go to an injector that is comfortable with this area.  I am not a fan of fat grafting to this area for several reasons.  Best of Luck!

Hi, and thanks for the question.  It appears that you have asymmetric supraorbital rim positions (brow bone) which may be leading to uneven eyelid appearance.  I would take a physical examination in person to confirm this but if this was the case, it would be difficult and probably not worth the risk in trying to change.  If you really wanted to pursue something like this it would take a facial bone CT scan and possibly custom made facial implants to make your brow bone more even.  Hope this helps!
