Since septoplasty/turbinate surgery 2 months ago, I've had frequent sneezing, nasal itching, and runny nose. Will this go away?

In some of your earlier photos, the bump seemed smaller. So it's less likely to be a piece of cartilage graft that could be removed. But if it was scar, then certainly the hope would be that the steroid injections would help.I think you're going to have to bring your photos and operation report...
