Is there a reason why I am not feeling numb after the 2nd session of CoolSculpting?

Hello there Lin13750.  Numbness, tinging, pinching, burning are all possible side effects of CoolSculpting treatment. This means that some patients get these symptoms but not all do.  Those symptoms are not an indicator of how good your results will be.  The only way to know is to evaluate results at three months after treatment.  Long story short, don't worry about not having those symptoms.  It probably means nothing.  Here is some more information about Coolsculpting.

It is possible that your body is becoming more accustomed to CoolSculpting. In addition, there may be less fat in the area with each successive treatment.

Thanks for your question and the helpful pictures. It appears in these photos at lest that you have a small amount of excess and punchable fat in the areas of concern, without significant laxity. While this could be treated by liposuction, it is a small amount and we would expect to see a good response to CoolSculpting.
