I agree with Dr. Maddahi. We need more info, like x-rays and pictures of how your upper teeth match your lower teeth. Has your smile always been this way? When did you first notice this? Do you clench/grind your teeth? Has any dentist suggest you get a mouthguard to prevent grinding/clenching? Did you have braces? This info would be incredibly helpful. Can your smile be changed? Absolutely.
Hard to tell from your photo. I would guess veneers to lengthen your top teeth would solve the problem, but would have to see more photos.
