Would an orthodontist or cosmetic dentist better address my wide smile, my bite, and help bring my teeth forward? (photos)

I have a div. 2 malocclusion. My teeth are pretty straight but my top teeth tilt inwards & I have an overbite. I'm more concerned about the cosmetics of my teeth. Would I need to see a cosmetic dentist or an ortho for this issue? What are my treatment options to widen my smile, correct my bite, and jet my teeth more forward?

There are two options in your case 1. space closure by braces: this is the best option because after treatment no implant is needed. 2. distalization of posterior: re-gain space in the canine region and place implant.
