Are Miracu repeat treatments as effective as the original?

The PDO thread lift using Miracu or Mint threads, which are FDA approved, is an office procedure that supports, and lifts loose or hanging tissues of the face, neck and jawline. As it is performed through tiny pin holes, the healing and recovery is quick and painless. The PDO threads start to dissolve in 6-8 weeks and as they dissolve they are replaced with a column of collagen which can last 12-14 months, depending upon the patients anatomy and quality of tissue. While the lifting and firming effects of the Miracu thread lift lasts about a year, the treatment will actually leave your skin in better shape than when you began, even if the lift has faded. There is no reason to believe that there would be any diminishing returns- quite the opposite! In some more severe cases, we will often perform 2 treatments about 6-8 weeks apart rather than wait a full year (or longer) before doing another lift.
