I've had cheek fillers on and off over the last 15 years but none in the last year. Over this year, I've noticed worsening indents on my upper cheek when smiling. I'm not sure if filler would help or this is from filler moving over time? Or is it swelling? I am hating how it looks in photos when I smile. I have Botox in my forehead and crow's feet every few months as well.

Answer: Identifying Causes and Solutions for Cheek Indents When Smiling After Long-Term Filler Use
Options to try to improve or remove non FDA approved filler injections are: 1. Continuous injection of filler dissolvers; 2. 5-FU injections; 3. surgical removal. Best to seek in person examinations. Fees for any options in the thousands$$'s.
