LASER hair removal may not be able to get rid all of non pigment hair. In case you need to removal all beard,there are options of hair removal other than LASER. For example RF or Electrocautery,can also be alternative options for hair removal. But if you are sure that you want to regrow beard, hair transplantation is still possible. The donor hair can be the scalp hair that match to the beard or beard hair itself from under the chin area.
