What is EndyMed Intensif?

EndyMed Intensif provides an effective dermal skin remodeling, deep within the skin to revive and rejuvenate the natural production of new collagen and elastin. The treatment triggers the skin's natural healing process, rejuvenating and refreshing the skin while reducing the appearance of wrinkles, acne and traumatic scars in all skin types. It is a minimal invasive option for treatment of acne scars, deep wrinkles, stretch marks and large pores.

Endymed™ is an advanced, energy-based technological device that utilises radiofrequency (RF) to stimulate collagen contraction and production deep within the skin. This collagen remodelling helps to create firmer, tighter skin and a more youthful appearance. State-of-the-art Endymed™ treatments help improve skin elasticity without the need for incisions, surgery, or other invasive techniques.

Intensif by EndyMed is a synthesis of micro-needling and focused radiofrequency energy. The Intensif treatment uses micro-diameter needles to deliver radiofrequency energy safely into the deep layers of the skin, providing a novel approach unlike anything else. It treats both deep dermal tissue, and encourages new collagen growth, as well as the higher-up layers of the skin.  It is actually one of my favorite new procedures.The Intensif treatment creates microscopic channels in the skin, thereby trigger your very own healing process. The result? Rejuvenated, refreshed, and smoother skin.The procedure takes approximately 15-30 minutes, varying by region. You may experience a heat sensation during your treatment and the treatment area may be red for up to 7 days although most people find that they heal much quicker than that, i.e. 1-2 days. We recommend a series of three treatments spaced 4 weeks apart.

This is a form of micro needling, but uses a computer to control heating via radio frequency waves with non - insulated needles. This can be an effective treatment for acne scars, as well as over all skin tightening and pore sizing. It stimulates collagen and elastin and has a healing time that is faster than most lasers.
