Is there much difference between the Picoway and Enlighten laser for tattoo removal?

I have had great success with the Enlighten device to treat red tattoo ink specifically and other colors in general. More importantly, I would suggest you make sure you feel comfortable with the doctor's training and expertise in the procedure as that matters just as much as which device is used.

Thank you for your question.  With the enlighten, only one treatment will not fade all the pigment. If it did change with one, then you have hope that the black will fade with the next treatments.  It could take 5-6 depending on how the pigment responds.  Hang in there!
