Is Enlighten III or Nd:YAG better to remove red tattoo on darker skin complexion (type V)?

What Enlighten Laser wavelength would you recommend for Black skin with red tattoo? For the Enlighten tattoo laser would wavelength would you guys recommend for someone with red tattoo on skin type V. Would you do mostly start off with 1064nm then do do some treatment using 534nm ? How many session roughly do you think someone with red tattoo will need on skin type V ?

Thank you for your question! For the Enlighten Nd:YAG laser we use the 1064nm wavelength for all color tattoos on skin types IV-VI. When using wavelengths of 670nm or 532nm on skin types IV-VI, the risk of hypopigmentation increases. Color ink can still be safely and effectively removed using 1064nm wavelength on skin type V in six to nine treatments.
