If I apply salt and ice on my non-cancerous mole, will it go away? (Photo)

Its a small mole on my face and it bothers me a lot.. I hate it so much and I wouldnt mind a small scar for a while. Ive attempted this Salt and ice on my arm and it left a pale scar but faded with time. If i use a smaller ice cube, I believe it will burn off. I just want to make sure

The procedure sounds worse than it is. You may be sore for a day or  two but it should not damage your clitoris.  Pigmented spots arise on the genitals. If the  doctor thought this is unusual and should be removed,   I would follow his/her recommendation. A dermatologist can...

It may be a  Becker's nevus.  This is a non-cancerous growth.  Differin gel will not remove it.   See a dermatologist if you are concerned about the lesion.
