Sculptra surgical removal or something to make it go away quicker?

I stopped using Sculptra & Radiesse quite few years ago, since these semi-permanent fillers have no specific enzymes to dissolve them when there are adverse aesthetic outcomes or unwanted nodules, granulomas, as in this case. Whereas at one time, these products offered more durable results, the introduction of robust HA fillers (which can be dissolved whenever necessary) that can also offer more durable results led me to discontinue injecting Sculptra and Radiesse. For the kind of indentations you describe, it is likely that the use of individual subcisions (with or without the addition of a robust HA lifting filler ) would have worked well to elevate and smooth them and provide long-lasting results. Fortunately I have had gratifying results in flattening and shrinking Sculptra, Radiesse and even permanent filler (e.g. Bellafill) adverse reactions employing an algorithm of verying combinations, concentrations and amounts of intralesional anti-inglammatory agents. You would be wise to consult an experienced board certified cosmetic dermatologist. Hope this helps and best of luck.
