50 yr old Asian. Had a SMAS lift in 2018. I feel like my jowls, neck, nasolabial folds, and earlobe are an aesthetic problem now. I eventually want a revision deep plane lift, but was thinking about Sculptra or Morpheus8 to delay lift 2-3 yrs? But a plastic surgeon said the collagen-inducing treatments will make a revision lift much less effective. My derm doc says treatments are ok if done conservatively. Which is true? Should I just stick with Botox and HAs then do lift?

Answer: Both treatments are safe before a revision facelift. Ensure Morpheus8 does not penetrate deep enough to melt the facial fat
Morpheus is an awesome option for filling in small defects and treating scars in post lipo patients. it plumps collagen, fills in defects, tightens muscles and tightens skin.
Hello Coursl,
Results for Morpheus continue up to 6 months after your last session of Morpheus. Though the settings used could have been too strong for your skin type. If you are experiencing hyper pigmentation, IPL Treatment could be best for you.
