What can I do to treat SculpSure nodules after 1 year?

I had two Sculpsure treatments on the back of my legs. After my second treatment, I developed 2 large, hard nodules on one leg. I want to a reputable plastic surgeon's and the treatments were overseen by him. I've tried everything to get rid of the nodules, massage, therapeutic ultrasound, microcurrent, lymphatic massage, red light therapy, nothing works. I followed the post treatment protocol. There is also bruises over the lumps. What can do? Cynosure won't respond. I'm 1 year post treatment
