Best treatments for tightening double chin? (Photo)

Question

I am 5‘6“, 110 lbs and I’ve had a double chin since I was a child. I had submental lipo at 21 and the surgeon informed me that they were able to get out very little fat, and there was no change to the double chin. What are potential options for getting rid of the double chin? Sculptsure? RF treatment? Thank you.

thanks for your question and photos. 
Unfortunately I don't have any information about you age now, how many years ago your surgery was performed, your life style ( diet, smoking, exercise etc.) and you medical; history (e.g.).
My approach always involves a detailed medical history and assessment of the face and the neck as a whole unit in order identify the area required treatment and achieve balance and proportion among the different areas of face/neck.
There are several skin-tightening methods (surgical and non- surgical) to approach the fat and skin under chin.  
In my opinion there is a possibility in your case to Vaser liposuction ( NOT only Lipo) in combination with Renuvion on neck/jawline area or Facetite//Necktite in combination with Morpheus 8 ( 3 sessions). The combination of the 2 technologies can give a better possibility to reduce the fat on the chin area, improve your Jaw line definition and skin tightening. I would like to wait 3 to 6 months after the procedure and consider some filler on the Cheek, Jaw line and chin if required to improve more  balance. The procedure can be performed awake with local anaesthesia. I have experience in both Renuvion and facetite/necktite. 1) Renuvion requires only 1 session. 2) Bodytite requires 1 session in combination with Morpheus 8 (3 sessions 4 to 6 weeks apart). Morpheus 8 involves microneedling and Radiofrequency and could be quite discomfort at high level of energy for better results. For this reason, in my clinic , Morpheus 8 is performed by a surgeon with experience in local anesthetic infiltration to reduce the discomfort. The aftercare is very important including manual lymphatic drainage and a garment support for few days to maintain and improve results. There are many treatments ranging from a surgical necklift ( cervicoplasty alone or performedd as part of a facelift) to liposculpture with or without radiofrequency. In my experience, radiofrequency tends to overpromise and underdeliver even in the best of hands ( our practice owns one itself).
Seek out a qualified facial plastic surgeon who is preferably board-certified.

Liposculpting with micro canulas under local and the Morpheus/Facetite RF will work on all double chins. Sometimes a platysmoplasty (neck lift) may be required if too much loose skin is there. Either way, go for a free consultation and get that new you started.
