If you perform jaw angle implants made of silicone , do you think it is a must to screw it to the bone to avoid a possible migration or is it unnecessary to screw the implants? My doctor does not believe in screwing the jaw implants and i am curious in the different schools of thought regarding this Also if one has silicone jaw angle implants not screwed and they happen to move towards the mouth scar, how much room they have to move ?
