Will EVLT and phelebectomy fix DVI?

Question

If there is deep venous insufficiency then going through with surgery isn't going to fix my issues correct? I don't have pain. But i do have varicose veins in both legs. Been to 2 different surgeons and im nit sure I want to go through with surgery as ive read aot of people regret it. Have more pain and new veins.

Luminous,   Deep Venous Insufficiency  is best treated with medical grade compression stockings or garments.  Superficial Venous Insufficiency [SVI ] can be effectively treated with Endovenous  Vein Laser Therapy or EVLT for a insufficient Saphenous Vein and phlebectomy or US Guided Foam Sclerotherapy for the varicose vein tributaries.  When both Deep Venous Insufficiency , DVI, and Superficial Venous Insufficiency,  SVI, are both present with symptoms most all surgeons would recommend treating the SVI to improve symptoms.
