I developed a painless swelling around my right ankle few years ago, then I noticed that the vein appearance start o worsen. Last January had EVLT of the great Saphenous in the right leg. My recovery was slow n problematic as I developed a superficial clot on the right calf, my doctor has to release it though tiny incision, yet the ankle swelling has not improved a bit neither the veins appearance as it’s clear in the pics. I’m desperate to know what r the possible diagnosis.
