I had saphanous vein EVLT 30 days ago, my latest ultrasound showed inflammation in the calf and inner thigh, doctor prescribed ani-inflammatory and said it’s ok to travel as he sealed the way to the femur main vein. Is it ok I travel for 5 hours flight?

Answer: Travel after EVLT procedure Hi, thanks the important question you have asked. One month after the procedure is very safe timing to travel as long as you have been seen and followed by your doctor. Diffintly you should wear your compression stocking, and do leg exercises during the trip.
