Is it safe to travel after 30 days of EVLT with inflammation is still there?

If you have seen your doctor recently and your ultrasound shows only inflammation I would consider it safe for you to fly.  Inflammation at 30 days following the procedure is completely normal and should be expected.  For a flight that long, I would recommend wearing your stockings and walking up and down the aisle once or twice during the flight. 

You are very safe travelling one month after EVLA. Wear compression hose, walk, stay hydrated and move your legs on flights for increased safety.  

Thirty days post ablation should be fine.  I typically recommend no flying for a week after vein treatments.  I always recommend wearing compression when flying and I also recommend walking when able and doing calf raises when you are in your seat and staying well hydrated as all the above will lower your risk for a blood clot while traveling.

Hi, thanks the important question you have asked. One month after the procedure is very safe timing to travel as long as you have been seen and followed by your doctor. 
Diffintly you should wear your compression stocking, and do leg exercises during the trip. 

It is perfectly safe to travel after EVLT, specially if it was 30 days ago. Wear your compression stockings if you want to be more secure but it is not absolutely necessary.

Thanks for writing,I would certainly trust your operating surgeon as he / she know exactly what was done and what the follow up ultra-sound looked like.
