Please see an orthodontist as soon as possible. Wearing a broken retainer is not only ineffective, but it can move teeth in untoward ways. We saw this with a patient recently. Thankfully, the patient was able to be corrected with a new retainer (and not braces). You spent a lot of time and money to fix your smile; a new retainer is a small price to maintain it for life.

Hi, thanks for sending your question and pictures. I highly recommend that you see your dentist for a new retainer to be made. Failure for a correctly positioned retainer to be worn will cause your teeth to shift. All the best.
