I have rugged, dry skin on my body. I've self-diagnosed myself with keratosis pilaris as well as xerosis. My hands feel fine but the skin on my forarms and hands look thick, with deep cracks between pores. Looks like elephant skin. My shins are smooth when moisturized but looks cracked. Cracks have never bleed or oozed, just looks unappealing. I also have faint brown scaring from KP on upper arms. I also have olive skin that tans too easily. Would routine chemical peels help texture and look?
