Inside of upper lip still swollen 6 months after bone graft procedure (Photo)

Hello, I had a large bone graft performed to allow for implants for my two front teeth back in June. Naturally, my lips swelled up from this, but the inside of my upper lip is still swollen 6 months after the surgery. Please note I do have old filler in my lips, so I don’t know if this has migrated below my lip? This only became an issue after I had the bone graft done. Please advise.
