Over 60 years old - Will a third under-eye peel help me for my crepey skin and eye bags?

Getting a third peel done under the eyes will definitely be okay! Most deep peels can be performed every 4-6 weeks, depending on location and the type of peel/process.

It is impossible to give any advice without more information. Crepey under eye skin is caused by thinning of the dermis (the support layer of the skin) and loss of elasticity. Both occur because the body does not continue to produce collagen and elastin without a stimulus after about 25 years of age. To counter this, you need to stimulate the body to produce both. If you haven't been using tretinoin (Retin-A) at least every other day and Obagi's ELASTIderm twice a day, this has contributed. Another option is to do microneedling monthly for the next 6 months. If this does not improve your skin, then you may consider another peel or laser.
