Hi, I don’t have much facial fat,I did hifu before for sagging skin but the hifu melted my facial fat away, what treatment can I do to make my face look plumper and fuller? Thermage or any other injections? Please advise
Answer: Various treatments such as resurfacing lasers, chemical peels, hydrating fillers, and melarase creams can help. Fractional laser is an amazing and highly effective treatment in our office. We use the laser treatment to help with acne scars, large pores, fine wrinkles, tissue collagen loss, scars, sebaceous hyperplasia, active acne, and for brightening dark pigmentation. Although there are very strong fractional lasers such as CO2 laser, we use lighter treatments for corrective skincare and maintenance of results. Our Thulium fractional laser, clear and brilliant laser, and Ultra Thulium laser are excellent options in our clinic. We also perform CO2 fractional and erbium depending on skin tone and tolerance for downtime. Patients do have to use a Melarase cream before and after treatment to help further reduce pigmentation after laser. Melarase AM, Melarase PM, and Melapads can seriously improve surface sun damage and UV related pigmentation. Dark spots can improve with these treatments. I recommend fractional laser for incisional scars as well, especially after plastic surgery. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: Facial rejuvenation Hello and thank you for your question. It is always best to see you face to face for a consult and examination however in this case HA filler is usually a good option to help replace lost facial volume over time - it creates a natural look and is safe in experienced hands. I hope that helps answer your question. Always seek an experienced and qualified medical professional for these treatments. Very best wishes

Answer: Lift ! Hello, As we age collagen production starts to slow down and our skin starts to sag. There are multiple options available! I highly recommend consulting with a board certified physician with experience. Collagen building treatments such as thermage and sculptra would benefit the collagen growth, however it does take time to see results and recommended to complete annually. The treatment is non-invasive with no down time. You may also benefit from dermal fillers to help achieve an uplifted result. Another treatment you may benefit from would be a pdo thread lift. You would need a consultation to determine if you are the correct candidate for the pdo thread lift. A thread lift would help tug loose laxity up and out towards the ear area. Results typically last 12 months or longer. Minimally invasive with short amount of down time.
