Strange sensation rounds scar 2 yrs post - Feeling cold ,wet, heavy, tight. What could cause this and can it be fixed? (Photo)

Hi I previously had a cyst here 2 years ago. I have been left with a scar but over the last year I have been having different kind of sensations around that area. Feeling wet,cold tight and heavy. Can you help why this is as it is really impacting on my life thanks
