I am a cis female of Colombian decent. I consider myself unattractive and would like the following surgeries to look better: alarplasty, blepharoplasty (uneven lid on right eye), lip filler, buccal fat removal, ponytail facelift, chin implant, jawline fillerand maybe more). Would I be a good candidate for these? Additionally, can you point out any other specific surgeries to help make me more attractive? General feedback like "there is a lot we can do" is too vague for me to take away anything.
